This store is run by actual lifeguards that work full time and are very busy. We will always endeavour to give you the best service possible but please be patient.

Shipping

How much will shipping cost me?

We have set prices for shipping which are based on weight in kilos.

0.0 – 0.50 = $8.50

0.5 – 1.0 = $12.50

1.0 & over = $30.50

to anywhere in Australia

0.0 – 0.50 = $30

0.50 & over = $45

to anywhere internationally.

Can you ship to my P.O. Box?

No, unfortunately we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. When placing orders please make sure you include a physical address including your post code.

How long will it take my order to ship?

Shipping is done at least one day a week but as we are busy we, especially in summer we don’t know what day that is so when ordering please allow at least a month for the parcel to arrive, especially if it’s for overseas. Parcels are shipped via regular post with Australia Post. For international please refer to their international post guide: http://auspost.com.au/apps/international-post-guide.html

Returns information

What is your policy on returns?

At Bondi Lifeguards we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for a return on the item(s) for exchange. We do not offer a credit. Please email shop@bondilifeguards.com when wanting to return an item, please indicate what you are returning and the reason why. In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include a PRE PAID, self addressed satchel with name, address and a note of what item you are exchanging for.

Bondi Lifeguards does not accept returns on any sale items. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your orders. We no longer accept exchanges after the 30-day period. If you have any other questions about returns please feel free to email shop@bondilifeguards.com

The item I received was defective or incorrect. Do I have to pay to ship it back to you?

If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please send the item back and include your receipt with the return.

I sent back a return, but haven't heard anything back.

Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email. Check your spam folder to make sure the notification didn't get marked as spam.

International customs duties

Please note that you may be liable for import duties and/or customs excise on your order and you are responsible for payment of these when the order enters your country.

Pricing policy

All prices shown are in AUD dollars only and GST is added to the final price if purchased in Australia. This is intended only to provide a guide as the final cost of international purchases will vary depending on the credit card provider’s conversion rate for each particular purchase made on any given day.
