He already knew the connection between Breathing and how we react in stressful situations... 👉 Fast forward 10 years and thousands of rescues, Deano has created an online Breath work course that students have stated is life changing. Deano’s hope is that it’s Life-saving too.

There is an old saying that we should stay calm in a rip. In this online course, Deano teaches how and what happens to the body physiologically and psychologically during stressful situations such as being in a rip/current or needing to be rescued. (Link to course in bio)
